Renovations and Additions

Renovating is an effective way to modernize and add value to your home. Working with an existing house is a great way to own a home in an established neighbourhood while preserving existing architecture and diverting materials from the landfill. Together, we can explore creative options to make the most of your renovation, creating the home of your dreams with a fresh and contemporary layout.

Stock Plan Modifications

If you have come across a plan from a plan book or an online catalogue that comes close to satisfying all your individual requirements in a home but is just not quite perfect, Full Circle Design can help. Sometimes the modification of a stock plan is the most efficient and economical way of coming up with a house plan that fulfills all of your needs. A digital file of a house plan from a catalogue must be purchased. Please contact Full Circle before purchasing plans as a copyright release, which allows the legal modification of the plans, must be included in the stock plan purchase.

Permit Drawings

With a working knowledge of the British Columbia Building Code and local municipal requirements, Full Circle Design can provide drawing packages that will meet all the criteria specified by the local building authority in order to obtain Building Permits, Development Permits, and/or Subdivision Permits.
